2 years plus now...so many...probably right now, I'd say any time someone offers up some support and compliments - helps justify all the work;  also any of the usual "R" rated verbal abuse and comedy that happens in my kitchen on any given day....always interesting to say the least.

WORST GUEST EXPERIENCE?
Eating is 100% subjective and personal...which can really suck sometimes.
